Meet Andrea

For years, I spent my days caring for others as a CT Technologist, wife , mother, friend, and helper.

Somewhere along the way , I realized many women were carrying the same weight I was. The responsibilities may have looked different, but the exhaustion, pressure, and desire for a moment to breathe felt familiar.

A Soft Reset was created as a space where women can set that weight down for a moment, exhale, reconnect with themselves, and remember they deserve the same care they so freely give to others.
